The Goodfor Company wants everyone to have access to clean drinking and bathing water at affordable pricing that don't break the bank..

Due to the unique items we source from various warehouses around the world, shipping times can take longer than regular items. Typically all orders are processed within 1-3 business days and are shipped out to you as soon as the products are available.

International shipping times can take anywhere from 2 to 6 weeks depending on your location and other logistical factors such as customs clearance and local import laws. 

You, the buyer, are responsible for any handling fees, taxes, VAT, tariffs, duties, and customs clearance charges required by your country for importing consumer goods. We are not involved and do not know the customs regulations and charges in your country, as they vary around the world. As an international consumer, please do your research to ensure that there are no surprise charges when clearing your package through customs and to have an idea of what the additional cost may be. If you are unfamiliar with customs fees and charges, please speak to your local post or customs office for more information. It is the full responsibility of the customer to verify any customs charges, duties, and required procedures in your country prior to placing your order. If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned and you will not receive a refund for your order.

The Goodfor Company is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or delayed shipments or damaged freight by the freight carriers after they have been dispatched. The Goodfor Company cannot be held responsible or liable for lost or stolen packages that have delivery confirmation to the address that was provided by the customer. The customer accepts full responsibility to file any claim with the carrier for damaged and/or lost shipments. We are not responsible for delivery errors via carrier or incorrect shipping information. 

Returns

There are no cancelled orders due to the automatic processing of orders and international shipping times, so all sales are 100% final. However, once you receive your items, you can get a refund for any unused items that you want to return by shipping them to our returns center within 30 days of your order. 

If you would like your money refunded, you must send the product back to us once you receive it. The product must be sealed and unused. 

If 30 days have passed since your order was marked "delivered," we unfortunately will not be able to offer you a refund. Once we have received the item, we will inspect the item to make sure that it has been unused, and once deemed returnable, we will issue you your full refund. Your refund will be issued in the form of the original purchase method. Please be patient as some banks take a week or so to credit the refund into your account. If after a week you have still not received your refund, please contact your bank and they will be able to report any issues.
